Cheryl Morabito is no novice to the real estate industry. Cheryl’s real estate career began in the commercial arena in the early 1980’s while residing in Las Vegas. Her expertise in commercial sales & leasing was a natural transition to residential sales & property management when she relocated to San Diego in 1988. Cheryl brings over 30 years of Real Estate experience to the table and is an expert negotiator. A skill she practices every day on behalf of her clients. Cheryl has earned the distinguished GRI® designation: a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. This designation is held by a small fraction of licensed Realtors. Together with her son, Dino Morabito, they make the principals of The Morabito Group Real Estate team at their local boutique brokerage, Real Living Napolitano Real Estate. Cheryl can be reached directly at 619-987-6678 or by e-mail at Cheryl@TheMorabitoGroup.com
Dino Morabito began his career in real estate at a very young age. How young? Well, at 28, Dino was elected as President of the Coronado Real Estate Association, the youngest person to have ever held that position. Dino is consistently ranked as one of the top producing Realtors in Coronado under the age of 30. His own peers elected him Realtor of the Year in 2010. His involvement with general contractors and investors far exceeds that of anyone else in Coronado at his age. This knowledge has proven to be exceedingly valuable in his negotiations on behalf of both buyers and sellers. Dino takes exceptional pride in providing a superior level of service to his clients. A master professional, his phone is never off and he is most noted for being readily available at the drop of a hat. Dino is part of the Morabito Group along with his mother, Cheryl Morabito, a Realtor associate with Real Living Napolitano Real Estate. They have proven to be a very successful Mother & Son team. They specialize in residential sales, multi-unit, portfolio diversification, property management and are actively involved in residential development and new construction. But Dino has set the bar high for himself and his impressive last decade is just the beginning. Dino can be reached directly at 619-987-3066 or via e-mail at Dino@TheMorabitoGroup.com
As a member of The Morabito Group, Robert “Bob” Koczon, works with residential buyers/sellers, land deals and development, and assists in the day-to-day operations of the group. He is a Broker Associate at Real Living Napolitano Real Estate. A resident of Coronado for over 15 years, Bob knows firsthand the “island’s” homes and histories. He has an expansive knowledge of its community, from its golf courses to its schools to its churches. Bob is a consummate professional and well-known for his work ethic, integrity, and enthusiasm. He works diligently with all his clients, taking pride in providing the level of service only a Coronado local like Bob can offer. Bob sees the people he works with as members of his close-knit community, not as clients. He honestly cares about their needs and expectations, and understands the importance of fostering good relationships. The buying and selling of a home is a significant process in one’s life and Bob is there to guide them through the entire process, from signing the contract to inspection, monitoring all the details until the closing of the transaction. In his free time, Bob is a baseball coach at Coronado High School (2010 CIF Champs), plays soccer, golf, guitar, and surf, and even dabbles in web design.
